Your recordings are tied to your account.
Web practice saves a recording in this browser and attempts a private account upload. The iPhone app saves a local video before uploading it. AI feedback sends the selected take and context to the configured providers when you request a review.
Live voice, teams and CRM
Live voice sends microphone audio to ElevenLabs and selected text to Anthropic. Juno saves the transcript and generated replies privately; it does not store raw microphone audio. You can export or delete voice sessions. Provider retention follows their policies.
Team invitations grant access only to that team's shared briefs and CRM records. Existing private recordings and sources stay under their owner's control. Owners manage roles and invitations; removed members lose future server access. Previously exported copies remain with their recipients.
Deleting an account removes its private voice and CRM data and team memberships. Teams owned by the deleted account, including their shared records, are deleted for every member. Work contributed to another owner's team remains there with author identifiers removed. Pipeline amounts and outcomes are self-reported.
Web company records and preparations
Company facts, classifications, source dates, preferred phrases, listener briefs, message versions, readiness decisions and outcome reports are saved to your Firebase-backed account. Listener priorities and business results are founder reports. They are separate from your product's target customer and from verified payment receipts for Juno reviews.
You choose source excerpts before importing them into Company or using them in a preparation. Imported excerpts keep their approval and revision references. Revoked or changed source material is excluded from future source-backed generation and flags affected drafts for review. Historical messages you authored and copies you exported remain under your control.
The workspace excludes its entered content from automatic click capture. Named workflow events use an explicit metadata allowlist. Sources, listener notes, message text and financial evidence do not belong in those events. Normal hosting and security logs follow the relevant provider's retention terms.
Library exports the saved company and preparation records. A preparation's Delete control removes its brief, versions and outcome; recordings and sources have separate controls. Account deletion removes the account-owned workspace records too. Exported files and copies already sent to another service cannot be recalled by deleting a Juno record.
01 · Private account history
How each take is saved
The native iPhone app writes each practice video to local app storage first. It then automatically uploads the video to private Firebase Storage and saves the practice line, audience, room, feedback, reactions, and best-take marker to the owner's Firestore account record.
02 · Only after consent
What is processed for feedback
Account storage does not start AI processing. If you request feedback, Juno sends extracted audio for transcription, then sends the transcript, practice line, and intended audience for evaluation.
Web practice can also include a saved answer to the same question, its coaching feedback, and your reflection on a real conversation. These records stay scoped to your account, product, audience, and practice room. Call reflections save in your browser first and sync to your signed-in account when available.
Web preparation can save a listener's name or organization, role, stated priorities, previous questions, the next step you want, and your source note. This brief can be sent with a recording for AI feedback. Conversation outcomes, planned actions, and follow-up dates are your reports. Anonymous listener briefs and their related practice stay in that browser when you sign in; they are not automatically copied into the next account.
03 · Services involved
Who may process it
Firebase supports sign-in, private recording storage, and Juno-controlled account data. Audio may be transcribed by ElevenLabs or OpenAI. Feedback may be generated by Anthropic, xAI, Google, or OpenAI, depending on service availability. Hosting providers may process normal request and security logs. Stripe processes payments for web AI practice. Juno stores payment receipt IDs and session balances; payment card details are handled by Stripe.
04 · Your controls
Retention and deletion
Juno-controlled account recordings remain until you delete your account. Local copies remain until you delete the account or remove the app. Temporary extracted audio is removed from the iPhone after a request. In-app deletion asks you to reauthenticate, pauses account uploads, removes Juno-controlled recordings, practice history, and cached AI results, deletes the Firebase Authentication user, and then removes local recordings and metadata. If local removal fails, the app tells you to delete the app. Third-party processing copies and logs follow each provider's retention terms.
Paid AI results are also saved on the server so a retry can recover completed feedback without spending another credit. Account deletion removes those results. Minimal payment receipts and an account deletion marker remain for payment reconciliation and prevention of duplicate credit grants.
Your choice applies to every take.
Every recorded take is queued for private account sync. Choosing Skip AI feedback prevents transcription and evaluation requests for that take. The native app does not use your data for advertising and does not include advertising tracking.
